1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bd12 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bd12 website accessible at bd12.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By registering an account on bd12, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bd12 platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of the Terms shall take precedence. All communications between bd12 and registered players are conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

bd12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the notification provisions below. Material changes to these Terms — defined as changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the bd12 platform upon login.

Your continued use of the bd12 platform following notification of any change to the Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms came into force.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players using bd12 from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. bd12 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in every jurisdiction from which the platform may be accessed.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on bd12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bd12 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are prohibited from registering or using any feature of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have previously activated on the bd12 platform itself.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be registered in the name of the person who will use the account. Proxy registration and beneficial ownership arrangements are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on bd12 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd12 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd12 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and to void any balances, bets, or bonuses held in those accounts.

2.2 KYC Verification

bd12 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before withdrawals are enabled, before bonus funds are released, or at any other time at bd12's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bd12 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered player on bd12, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your obligations as an account holder include the following:

• Password security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your bd12 account and must not share your password with any other person. bd12 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd12's support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• Accurate personal details: The name, date of birth, and contact details associated with your bd12 account must be accurate and must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Personal use only: Your bd12 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or operate your account in any way.
• No automated access: You must not use bots, automated scripts, scrapers, or any other automated means to access or interact with the bd12 platform. All account interactions must be performed manually by the registered account holder.

bd12 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by the player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bd12 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on bd12 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Deposits via mobile money methods are credited to your bd12 wallet instantly under normal operating conditions.
• bd12 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside bd12's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bd12 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing a withdrawal if the depositing method cannot be confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard mobile money withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. bd12 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged with the support team.
• bd12 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and processing timelines in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or unresolved account disputes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bd12 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each specific promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players should read these requirements carefully before accepting any bonus.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in the promotion terms. Activating a second bonus while a first is active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Bonus misuse: bd12 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings generated through their use if it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or misused a bonus offer — including through the use of arbitrage betting strategies, bonus stripping, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Right to withdraw or amend promotions: bd12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be subject to the terms in force at the time they accepted the offer.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets available on the bd12 sportsbook, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets. Game-specific rules for casino products (slots, live dealer tables, card games) are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the software supplier.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bd12. bd12 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion — including where there is evidence of match manipulation, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the relevant market. Bets are only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation reference from the bd12 platform. In the event of a system failure during bet placement, bd12's records shall be the definitive record of whether a bet was successfully placed.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket is the primary sportsbook focus on bd12, covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Tests, One Day Internationals, and all major ICC tournaments. In-play (live) cricket markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at bd12's discretion during the course of play. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted by weather or other external factors, settled bets may be voided or partially settled according to the specific market rules applicable at the time of the event.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void — and the stake returned to the player's account — in the following circumstances: the relevant event does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; the relevant market is settled incorrectly due to a data error and cannot be corrected; or bd12 determines that the odds at which the bet was accepted were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error").

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd12 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another individual; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on information not available to the general public; participating in or facilitating the fixing or manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the bd12 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained from illegal activity. bd12 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering and maintains an active anti-money-laundering programme.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus offers, or betting markets in a manner that gives an unfair advantage to one or more parties.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to bd12 without first attempting to resolve the matter through bd12's support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of automated software to interact with the bd12 platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent stake limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a previous account closure or self-exclusion.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bd12 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat inside your account dashboard or by email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., to self-exclude) should explicitly state this when contacting support. Self-exclusion closures are processed with additional safeguards — including the suppression of future marketing communications — and are governed by the terms set out on the Responsible Gaming page.

8.2 Closure by bd12

bd12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the player is located in a jurisdiction where use of bd12 is prohibited
• Receipt of a legal instruction or regulatory requirement to close the account

Where an account is closed by bd12 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at bd12's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for regulatory or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd12 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bd12 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. bd12's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their bd12 account in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd12's liability for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
